-Construcion related works which is required to execute an infrastructure project in terms of earth, road works and pipe works for the performance thereof in accordance wih the approved construction schedule
-Coordinates resources and personnel movements
-Directs and supervise the required operations
-Maintains the liaison with Engineering on difficult filed problems
- Bears technical responsibility for the interpretation and proper administration of approved plans and specifications in connection with his responsibilities
-Maintains progress and other records of his work
-Overall responsibiliyfor the proper care of all equipment under his jurisdiction
-Disciplines employees according to the rules
-Loss prevention activities and safe operations
-Perform other related works
-Professional knowledge and abroad experience in infrastructure works including but not limited to earthworks, concrete construction methods and sewage pipe systems
- Knowledge in procedures, equipment, standards, materials, testing and specifications
- Supervisory techniques
- Knowledge of tools, equipment and work methods
- Communiction, report preparation and writing in English language
-Relevant Quality Control procedures
-Loss prevention policy and practices
-HSEW policy and enforcement
-Proficiency in first aid treatment
