Job Title: Structural Supervisor (Civil Works)

Location: Libya (Tripoli / Misurata)

Contract Period: Mnimum 4 years

Monthly Wage: Negotiable (depending on experience)


Job Description:
Minimum 7 years experience as supervisor for structural works in building (residential, commercial, public) construction Sites (concrete works, such as cast-in-situ reinforced concrete, concrete block walls, installation of prefabricated concrete elements and claddings of various types, embedment of pipes, ducts, metal items in cast-in-situ concrete, etc.).
Capable to understand, read and speak English, at least sufficiently for everyday use at Site.
Capable to read and fully understand structural construction drawings.
Knowledge of equipment, tools and machinery used for structural works in building construction Sites and also capable to use them personally in case of need.
Knowledge of main construction materials used for structural works in building construction Sites.
Knowledge of construction methods and techniques used for structural works in building construction Sites.
Capable to supervise, coordinate, lead and assist workers teams.
Capable to set up and organize construction areas.
Capable to organize construction activities.
Knowledge of work safety rules and capable to get them followed by the workforce.
Knowledge of work quality rules and capable to get them followed by the workforce.
Capable to forecast the needs for construction materials and tools.
Capable to use simple optical level instruments.
