RESPONSIBILITIES
TREATMENT DELIVERY
o Provide excellence in treatment delivery by supporting all treatment standards and protocol as exercised in training sessions and outlined in the SOP¿¿¿s and the treatment manual.
o Proactively build regular repeat customers and rebook subsequent treatment for guests at time of visit
o Arrive for shift in a timely manner.
o Follow directions from the Supervisor in regard to the effective flow of appointments and room allocations and equipment to ensure the facility operates in an organized and tranquil manner
o Ensure treatment rooms and facilities are presented and prepared immaculately in preparation for welcoming guests and visitors
o Perform treatments in the set timing allocated
o Use product respectfully ensuring that there is no unnecessary wastage.
o Treat equipment and facilities with care reporting any loss, breakage or malfunction to the Supervisor
o Assist in identifying shortfalls in the service delivery and assist by providing positive solutions to management resulting in a heightened guest experience and a harmonious working environment.
o Accept and perform delegated duties as set out by your supervisor
o Ensure that area¿¿¿s are opened and closed appropriately and in a timely manner as set out in company SOP¿¿¿s
o Ensure all guest records are completed and updated accordingly including recommendations during treatments as well as suggested take home product
TEAMWORK AND DEVELOPMENT
o Support the team on a daily basis during shift and integrate with the team to achieve a positive and harmonious working environment
o Display a positive attitude to work
o Assist with additional responsibilities and tasks as required
o Support all company policies and procedures
o Respect fellow team members and guests by being punctual, quiet and calm when performing your duties
o Remain focused and committed on both team and individual goals and performance objectives
o Participate in regular therapist training ensuring that proficiency levels are maintained in all set out duties
o Attend team briefings as necessary to remain informed
o Address any training needs to the Supervisor in a timely manner
o Attend and participate in department internal meetings as required along with external meetings, seminars or training sessions as required and agreed upon by management
o Proactively participate in 6 monthly performance appraisals with your Supervisor resulting in greater direction, development and work satisfaction
o Remain current in Industry treatment and product knowledge
CLIENT RELATIONSHIP
o Ensure that guest satisfaction is maintained on every visit achieving excellence in customer service.
o Display a genuine level of care and initiative when dealing with guests
o Follow up guest concerns in a timely and appropriate manner with the Spa Coordinator or Spa Manager
o Proactively generate repeat patronage from visiting guests.
o Proactively build a regular cliental in the local market
o Educate guests by promoting health and wellness with the recommendation of home care products
o Recognize regular guests and VIPs by name and in a courteous manner
o Ensure confidentiality of all guest information is maintained
Fluent English is a must!
-Certifications for SPA Therapies
-Minimum 5 years experience in a 5 star hotel or SPA resort background
-Strong personality with leadership attitude
