CERINTE

The Role
- Working with a professional brigade you will head up the team and support the head chef in all aspects of the day to day kitchen management.
- You will be involved in menu formulation, staff training and liaison at management level on a daily basis.
- You will be expected to understand and grasp the changing needs of the business and respond appropriately.

The Person
- You should have excellent restaurant experience including banqueting and rosetted dining to at least Senior CDP level.
- You will be a great communicator and team player.
- You will lead from the front, directing your team and gaining their respect.
- You will be passionate about food as well as driving and maintaining standards, ensuring that everything that leaves your kitchen meets the exacting standards expected by the discerning clientele.
