- The Microsoft Office team is looking for an experienced Software Engineer to design & implement systems and infrastructure necessary to localise and deliver high quality Microsoft Office products to our international customers.
- The team is responsible for the associated user assistance for the Office family of applications (such as Word, Excel etc.), and Office Online (http://office.microsoft.com - rich web presence in support of our product set).
- IT related qualification at degree level and 3-5 years relevant experience
- Expert knowledge of Windows operating systems Server and Workstation
- Thorough understanding of localisation & globalisation concepts
- Demonstrated problem solving expertise in complex technical and organizational environments
- Good communication skills; Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Proven expertise in identifying, designing, developing and implementing localization process improvements (Strong advantage)
- Demonstrated application of technologies in the solution of complex business problems. Knowledge of SQL, XML, Sharepoint and scripting languages (Strong advantage
