RESPONSABILITATI

The task is to handle calls from Slovenian petrol stations based on bank card terminal usage or receiving and solve request arrived in writing from petrol station or central Client. The majority of these services require personal interaction with merchants. Due to the local character of these services all activities require local language skills and a bit of English.


CERINTE

• At least final exam in secondary school
• Experience in Customer Service programs is an advantage
• Slovene native, English intermediate, Hungarian welcome
• advanced computer user, technical affinity
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Precise administration, problem solving strength
• Polite with pleasant voice
• Some negotiating capabilities, diplomacy
• Motivated, mature, work well within team environment
• police certificate needed to proof irreproachable background
