To develop/ detail project procedures related to site control activities;
To set up project control tools identified to plan and control the site activity;
To implement a proper reporting system towards Client and Corporate Management, in compliance with the Contract requirements and project procedures;
To coordinate the preparation of Level 4 Construction Schedule within the time extend already established in the Level 3 Project Schedule;
To coordinate the preparation of Level 4 Construction Progress Curve Manpower histograms;
To follow up the preparation of Details schedules to be developed by subcontractors as per their contractual obligations;
To coordinates the progress assessment at the cut-off dates foreseen by the procedures.
