Contract: 1 year (renewable)
Position: Rotational (Site Job)
Rotation: 42 days on / 21 days off
Salary: Euro 200 - 225 / worked day
Starting Date: ASAP
Job Description
Under direction of Shift Coordinator, provides, during hi shift, to co-ordinate the operation on assigned utility plant, ensuring uninterrupted supply of the production.
Tasks (Activities)
Operation responsibilities:
• Guarantee the functionality of assigned utility;
• Implement production schedules and establish task priorities for the shift after consultation with the Shift Coordinator to ensure their performance and help his superior whenever necessary;;
• To initiate maintenance work request for any maintenance work in the part of the plant under his responsibility
• To initiate store requisition for any material or supplies required in his part of the plant
• To supervise chemicals stocks and injections and relevant results
• To fill in Shift report Logbook
• Assists his dependants in the trouble-shooting of process problems for solution
• To refer to his superior for work difficulties and/or plant emergencies and to receive instruction to overcome them
• Provides shift adjustments as necessary on plant shut-downs and start-ups to afford shift operating necessities
• Supervise during emergency situations, according with the safety regulations, to prevent any incident, leading his team
• In according with departmental plans and the Shift Coordinator, care the start up and the activities for update the assigned utility , for improve its performance;
• Set and maintain a working environment that meets all safety and environmental standards.
• Guarantee the activities of the shift teams ensuring quality standards are maintained, while plant operates safely and optimum performance is achieved.
Method responsibilities:
• Ensures the daily production assigned;
• Ensures good co-ordination of assigned team for the operations.
Team management responsibilities:
• Ensures good behavior of his team relative to policy and rules defined, and takes corrective actions if required;
• Organizes the assigned team and to prepare the work instruction for the external operator
• Submits to the his Superintendent personnel turnover proposal
• To submit a monthly plant operation report with those information as may be required by his manager
• Detects and proposes the training requirement.
• Evaluates and notes his personnel

• Ability to foster a cooperative work environment
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing in English
Required Qualifications & Background
• Technical diploma
• 7 years experience on oil and gas installations with supervisory experience
• Ability to lead and motivate a multinational team and to manage heavy level of production.
• Ability to work independently and to maintain good relations with colleagues and others
• Physical ability to work on offshore and remote onshore installations under a hot and wet climate.
