- Job Title: Senior Process Engineer
- Location: West Africa (LNG Plant)
- Rotation: 70 days on / 21 days off
- Salary: Negotiable
- The Job Description detailed below may be varied from time to time to take into account the Company's operating requirement. The Senior Process Engineer reports to the Engineering Manager.
Process Engineering:
- Provide a leading role in the process engineering design including its ongoing process projects
- Provide a leading role in the design, HAZOP construction, installation and commissioning phases for all projects
- Evaluate and design new processes for future projects
- Produce detailed process models for proposed projects
- Conduct feasibility studies for potential projects
Cost Analysis:
- Prepare detailed cost / budget reports for potential projects
- Prepare detailed operating budgets for awarded projects
- Review operating budgets during projects
Tender Reports / Operating Manuals:
- Assist in the preparation of tender submissions for third party projects
- Assist in the preparation of Operating Manuals / Equipment manuals for projects
- Assist in maintaining the Quality System
Construction Schedules:
- Assist in the preparation of construction schedules for future jobs and current projects
- Monitor construction schedules and prepare regular progress reports for current projects
Procurement:
- Negotiation, preparation and expedition of purchase and work orders
- Monitor cost performance against construction budgets
- Monitor contractor and supplier performance against the construction schedule and budget
Field Work:
- Provide technical and engineering assistance to the Company's operating field plants.
- Audit and monitor field operations for workplace health and safety compliance and awareness.
- Assist in the installation, commissioning and operation of projects on-site
