• Monitor and further develop the expertise of hydrodynamics and hydrostatics design within the company
• Heading technical specialists and assessing the results
• Taking up the more complex questions during design, construction or in after sales environment
Our client is specialized in the production of military vessels, primarily for the Royal Dutch Navy, but also for foreign navies. The company has 5 other business unites such naval and yacht construction, repair and conversion yard, marine gearboxes and parts services.

For the field of hydrodynamics and hydrostatics
Job requirements
• College/ university degree in naval architecture
• In-depth knowledge and experience in naval architecture design
• Specialist in hydrodynamics and hydrostatic area
• Relevant work experience in a similar function
• Excellent command of English

• Analytical and pragmatic
• Creative problem solving skills
• Committed to work in the Netherlands for min. 1 year
