RESPONSABILITATI

Duties and responsibilities:
• As a Senior Developer in a team within the IT Build function
• You will participate in logical and physical design of the product and understand the business requirements
• You will work on the customer side in a mix team
• You will solve complex technical problems that your team members may encounter, review and enforce the quality of code written by your team, tutor junior developers.
• You will have substantial personal responsibility and autonomy. You will plan your own work to meet given objectives and processes. You will have to influence team, and specialist peers internally. You will have to influence customers at account level and suppliers. Your decisions will influence the success of projects and team objectives.
• Expertise in Websphere, J2EE, Spring technology areas , building technology catalogues and UML modeling of existing platforms and applications

Required Skills and Experience:
• Good experience with SOA
• Extensive experience with J2EE
• Good Spring webflow experience
• Spring framework, Spring integration
• UML modeling
• Web Services/Spring web services
• Motivated and dependable, has initiative, understands responsibility, team player
• Very good written and spoken English communication skills (C1 level)
• IT Degree
