The client is one of the largest insurance companies in the UK. You will be responsible with creation of front end interfaces to leverage back-end system in a multi vendor environment. The new web applications will cover 3 lines of business (which will result in the development of 3 separate web applications) – Motor Aggregator Product (MAP), More Th>n Motor, and Van Aggregator Product (VAP).
Job Description:

Mandatory:
- Considerable commercial experience in software development;
- Hands-on experience of Java and web development;
- Experience with Spring 3.0, AJAX, JS;
- Familiar with Spring WebFlow, TILES, JQuery;
- Motivated and dependable, has initiative, understands responsibility, team player, good communicator and problem solver;
- Advanced written and spoken English communication skills
Desirable:
- Financial Services experience;
- Experience with xml – web methods;
- Oracle (SQL Proficiency will suffice);
- Spring Security, Spring WS;
- JSP, Apache Velocity, Apache Tiles;
- FatWire (CMS)
