- Increase customer and partner satisfaction by delivering high-quality consulting services on time and on budget.
- Identify opportunities to develop and implement solutions for our customers and partners, based on Microsoft server platforms.
- Delivery of successful leading edge proof of concept and early adopter projects using Microsoft server technologies.
- Assist our enterprise customers to architect, implement, and deploy leading edge Microsoft technologies.
- Be technically adept in a range of Microsoft products and technologies, currently Active Directory, Windows Server 2003, Exchange 2003, MOM 2005 and SMS 2003.
- Proactively transfer product skills and knowledge to customers and partners as part of the projects.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecting, designing, and deploying quality infrastructure on Microsoft technology.
- Documented experience from infrastructure projects with +50 servers/+1.000 desktops.
- Documented ability to address customer and partner business requirements with effective Microsoft infrastructure solutions.
- Documented ability to effectively estimate the effort required to plan, architect and deliver Microsoft infrastructure solutions and to correctly set customer and partner expectations.
- Fluent in oral and written English.
- A degree level IT qualification.
