Providing relevant input and instruction to the Concept Selection Contractor for the definition of development concepts: actively monitoring the progress of the work, reviewing development studies reports and integrating the results;
Ensuring that adequate technical definition and cost estimate are provided for the evaluation of the proposed concepts
Maintaining a database system with technical and economics evaluations ensuring time and effectiveness for analysis of different concepts under his responsability
Ensuring that all opprtunities and risks are properly evaluated and lessons learned from Experimental Program are capitalised
Complying with Project Procedures and Policies for the execution of studies and projects
Ensuring that all interfaces between the development studies and projects and other projects are adequately defined and controlled
Ensuring the quality assurance and consistency of the support documentation of each development concept
Maintaining change control processes around the definition of the agreed reference case cdoncept
Managing the change control of the relevant documentation and reports.
Ability to understand how oil & gas development projects are implemented and the implications and impacts they have on the socio economics context
Open minded and capability to work on several different scenarios. Good lateral thinker.
Good negitiation and interpersonal skills

Capability to manage teams of experts in an international, multicultural environment

Working conditions are based in London with frequent trips to different locations in Western Europe and in Kazakhstan.
Normally 5/2 (Monday to Friday) but flexibility is required as occasional weekend work will be necessary.
