Gathering and clarification of functional and technical requirements.
Analysis, design and implementation of changes in Siebel application based on the specification in the customer/maintenance requirements.
Preparation and continuous update of all required documents.
Participation in testing and acceptance process.
Recommendations to the client on matters of effective utilization of software package's features.
Contribution to a high-performing motivated workgroup.
Observance of defined methodology and standards.


CERINTE

Deep knowledge of Siebel (or other CRM) application and CRM processes (Order Management, SFA, Call Center, Campaigns, Reporting …)
Experience with IT operational processes
Experience with handling database interactions (SQL statements, DML)
Testing experience
University education and at least 3 years work experience in IT
Well structured, action-oriented approach to problem solving
Advanced communication skills (verbal & written, technical & interpersonal) in English
Willingness to travel
Eagerness to learn

Additional qualifications:

Knowledge of Telco architecture and experience with key areas within Telecommunication Company (CRM, Rating, Billing, Mediation, Middleware, Provisioning ...) is an advantage.
