Senior Technical Service Engineer will be taking care of the technical support team for GPRS/WCDMA-PS project in Netherlands. He will be responsible for:
Key responsibilities:
- GPRS/WCDMA-PS core network product commissioning and development for 2G and 3G mobile packet service;
- GPRS/WCDMA-PS core network and the related data communication network design and planning;
- Basic ability of GPRS/WCDMA-PS core network and the related data communication network optimization;
- Provide GPRS/WCDMA-PS product training to customer on GPRS/WCDMA-PS product;
- GPRS/WCDMA-PS product technical support and routine maintenance.
Departmental Responsibilities:
- Mobile Packet switch Core Network technical support.
- Problem Feedback and Resolution
- To provide timely and relevant information and decision-making suggestions from technical perspective for product line.
- To install and commission of GPRS Core Network products according the contract.
- To provide timely and accurate technical service, analytical reports and suggestions for customer.
Competencies required:
Educational degree: Bachelor and above.
Specialization:
Computer science and Telecommunication or relevant.
Work experience:
At least 5 years in telecommunication field which at least 3 years of mobile packet switch core network technical support related experience.
Knowledge and skills:
- Be familiar with GPRS/WCDMA and TCP/IP.
- Good communication with customer and HUAWEI HQ effectively in oral and written English.
- Good oral and written ability in Spanish.
- Strong ability for communication, coordination, and interpersonal understanding skills;
- Open minds and strong ability to learn new knowledge and products.
