Based in our new offices in Bucharest, your primary responsibility will be to ensure timely payment of assigned client portfolios in Italy and to determine reasons for non-payment. You are interested in building up a sustainable customer relationship, persistent in understanding the issues of nonpayment, able to address and to resolve those reasons with specialists and therefore determined to achieve superior customer satisfaction.
A business or finance degree
Strong financial knowledge and international business exposure
Good PC and database knowledge and project/process management skills
Initiative and independence
Customer focus
English and French language skills
