- Responsible for the design and implementation and 3rd level support of all internet/intranet facing applications and telecom services that underpin the delivery of business solutions
- Provide technical and implementation support for the deployment of Telecommunications Services (intranet/internet) facing applications
- Work with internal/external company customers in order to provide project support, technical consultancy and implementation planning for the successful deployment of new infrastructure technologies
- Work with other regional Telecoms Services groups to ensure internet/intranet telecommunications services are maintained
- Provide third level technical support to aid the resolution of problems and instant escalations by implementing emergency resolutions/fixes
- Provide problem solving and support for all intranet/internet Telecoms services and server support liasing with appropriate external vendors
- Telecoms experience
- Practical experience with firewall technology (preferably CheckPoint, Juniper/Netscreen or Cisco PIX)
- Practical experience with configuration of VPN tunnels (preferably IPSec based)
- Good English
