In this customer-facing role, you will help HP customers define, design, develop, implement and support integrated solutions that enable and optimize their supply chain businesses and processes, working hand in hand with other people in HP and in the customer organization. You will work in SAP implementation and integration projects in the EMEA region, participating in all stages of the project from requirements analysis to system configuration and design to testing and cutover support. You will receive training as required, both formal in-house training as well as on the job training
You will also have some responsibilities for the costing, scheduling, planning and tracking, terms and conditions and risk management of the projects throughout their life cycle.
Business travels within the EMEA region could be necessary depending on the project.
-Experience in SAP implementation, integration or support (ideally SAP MM, SD, FI, CO, PP modules).
-Experience working in projects.
-Fluent in conversational, written and technical English is a must.
-Very good communication skills: writing, presenting and listening.
-Strong analytical skills working in complex IT environments.
-Consulting skills - customer service oriented.
-Strong interpersonal skills: able to collaborate and work in teams — even in virtual teams with members working together from different locations.
-Business process analysis and design of IT solutions.
-Ability to grasp information and build new expertise quickly.
-Good initiative and follow-up.
-Leadership and self motivation.
-Results oriented and pragmatic.
-Ability to interface with all levels in customer organization.
-Flexibility to travel within EMEA for 20 to 30 % of the time.
