Our client is one of the leading SPA centers in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The SPA is approaching the best technology and professionals to provide high quality standards and services for beauty and care industry.
The first branch opened in 1987 and since then the company spread its success among the Kingdom.
The Salon is offering services only for women:
SPA Therapy
Hair Styling
Make Up
Manicure and Pedicure
Kids
Wedding services

HAIRSTYLIST JOB
o Hair Cut
o Hair Coloring
o Brushing
o Chignon
The Hairstylist Should be:
o Punctual.
o Presentable.
o Neatly dressed, makeup and hair done before coming to work and on daily basis.
o Uniform clean and pressed.
o Responsible for all the tools, and to keep them clean, sterilized and in working condition.
o Keep the trolley clean and organized.
o Write a request form (for the purchase manager) on daily basis for all the needs.
o Greet the clients in a warm and friendly way.
o Direct the clients to the allocated area.
o Perform shampoo and scalp analysis if not busy.
o Apply color and perform any technique with or without assistant depending on service and availability of assistants.
o Perform haircutting services and blow dry.
o Take full responsibility for customer's satisfaction or complaints.
o Advise customers to any retail product or treatment.
o Report to management for any problems concerning other staff members.
o Attend all the trainings that will take place in or outside the salon.
o Coordinate and make a plan with the assistant on how to serve the customer smartly, with less time and maintain the best quality of the service.
o Develop a strong knowledge about the salons services.
o Know all safety and emergency procedures

Salon Manager Duties
The Salon Manager is responsible for the management of daily operations of the Salon, ensuring profitability, client satisfaction and efficient operating methods are maintained.

GENERAL MANAGEMENT
o Lead the overall daily functions of the Salon [with the assistant] to meet sales and operational budgets.
o Immediate and effective day-to-day management of the Salon team including attendance, professional behavior and services delivery.
o Manage facility standards, attending to reported faults, loss or breakages in a timely manner
o Complete weekly / monthly administration and financial reports.
o Effective stock control of all retail, professional and consumables stock within allocated budgets.
o Represent the business at corporate functions and speaking engagements.
o Ensure confidentiality of all Salon business is maintained and Salon values are supported.
o Perform all administrative tasks in an organized and professional manner
o Research and implementation of business development including new treatments, services, products, industry information and standards / business systems

CLIENT RELATIONSHIP
o To ensure that the highest service standards are adhered to and that client experience exceeds expectation.
o Organization and control of all group and corporate bookings, including but not limited to: establishing and liaising with the group contact; following all relevant procedures; liaising with the related companies; catering or conference requirements; team and additional team rosters; ensuring payments are made in advance as per procedure; maintaining a high level of client service and client experience.
o Supervision of membership and VIP clients, including but not limited to: regular client contact; client goal achievement; client results and experiences; balance of services and sales.
o Ensure client satisfaction and effective management of all client feedback.
o Ensure confidentiality of all client information is maintained

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and have the ability to lead 10/20 Hairstylist and assistant.

Education/Experience
o Complete college or university program certificate in hairdressing; four/8 year¿¿¿s related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
o Ability to read, analyses, and interprets common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, suppliers, or members of the teamwork. Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format.
o Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
Reasoning Ability
o Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing software/windows WX; [Inventory software; Payroll systems; Development software; Human Resource systems; Project Management software and Contact Management systems] preferable

English - fluent level is a must
