As an integral part of the Business Process Development Organization, Sales Order Administrator is responsible for HP¿s front and back end, when it comes to our Authorized Support Partners.

Responsibilities:
- To provide administrative and financial support to HP external and internal customers
- Serve as a focal point within the organization to track details of partner activities, following HP¿s policies and processes
- Responsible for order management and booking, as well as month-end financial activities

Candidate profile
- Technical or Finance/business background
- Fluent in written and spoken English and one of the following languages: Russian; German, Greek, Turkish, Czech, Slovak or Polish
- Customer oriented. Strong analytic skills.
- Patient, well organized, self-dependent, flexible and proactive person
- Able to work under pressure and to exercise independent judgment
- Team player
- Computer literate: MS Office Suit knowledge. Exposure to SAP
