Duties and Responsibilities
A. Purpose and scope
Provide a complete shopping environment for our customers involving excellent product knowledge and customer service
B. Responsibilities
¿ Greet all customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store;
¿ Direct customers throughout the store or to the specific area the customer requests;
¿ Find out the specific needs of each customer that enters the store;
¿ Give accurate and current information about the product for all inquiries; If the correct information is not at hand, do everything possible to provide an answer before the customer leaves the store;
¿ Increase the customer base by adding new customers to the mailing list;
¿ Maintain a positive and cheerful attitude and cooperate with teamwork;
¿ Check stock daily to ensure that all products are adequately stocked and available for customers;
¿ All folded merchandise must be neat and well folded; Sizes should be arranged in order from smallest to largest
¿ Maintain store image by adhering to the dress guidelines as outlined in the Employee's Handbook;
¿ Help store merchandiser and/or store manager by suggesting alternative locations for products;
¿ Practice security measures that help prevent theft; Understand the procedures for handling shoplifters.
A. Minimum of High school certificate
B. 1-2 years customer service or sales experience, preferably in a retail company;
C. Any good customer service experience especially from Hotels, Restaurants etc. could be considered;
¿ Excellent communication skills in English;
¿ Customer Focused;
¿ Desire to work in a team-oriented environment where team spirit plays an important role;
¿ Ability to listen and understand customer¿s requests is a core requirement;
Package:
- Salary: 575 USD/month (tax free);
- Sales commission: 80 ¿ 150 USD/month (tax-free);
- Shared accommodation provided free;
- Health Insurance provided free;
- Return air ticket provided free every 2 years;
- Working hours: 48 hours/ week (6 days out of 7);
- Overtime paid extra;
- Transport to work provided free.
- 4 weeks paid leave
