Job Description:
The job function includes but is not limited to the following in your assigned fields:
- Monitor daily production performance and recommend remedial action
- Analyze performance and develop production forecasts • Evaluate reservoir data
- Develop field models and recommend future work, including new well locations
- Participate in well completion design, perforation and simulation programs etc in close cooperation with other departments
- Prepare yearly budget requirements
The successful applicant will also have:
- A good relevant degree, an advance degree is an asset • 5+ years experience
- Overseas experience an asset.
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment • Solid background in a development and production environment
- Willingness to train and mentor junior members of staff • A proactive team member
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience of industry standard software packages. In particular familiarity with ECLlPSE, Prosper, Mbal, GAP, OFM and FieldView would be an advantage.
