General This position is for an experienced RF planning and optimization senior engineer/expert to provide advanced RNP and O project support on the worldwide wireless project.
Responsibilities
- To support Radio Network planning and optimization projects of GSM/CDMA2000+EVDO/ UMTS+HSPA/WiMAX
- To provide: Radio Coverage and Capacity Dimensioning, RF planning and Optimization, E2E optimization (KPIs ), performance monitoring, Site engineering, Network Audit, etc.
- To support performance KPI negotiating with operators before or during project implementation.
- To take part in the preliminary or final radio performance acceptance procedure for worldwide project.
- To communicate with the high level customer, Project Manager, RF Manager, CTO, CEO, etc.
- To write guidelines for radio network planning and optimization projects.
- Act as team leader to assist PM with RF team organization setup, resource planning and tasks allocation;
- to setup RF work processes and supervise project RF part, ensure the network performance complies with contract.
Requirements
Technical
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Engineering - Electronics/Communication or equivalent.
- Familiar with Ericsson wireless equipment operation and wireless network optimization.
Education
- Electronics & Telecommunications or Computers Faculty
Others
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
Nice to have requirements
- minimum of 5 years experience as a RNP / RNO in Ericsson environment.
