We are an international services group, specialized in the management of the support functions through the complete life cycle of industrial projects, from Design to Operations.
We offer the capacity to take full responsibility, to integrate and manage all aspects of support services, strengthened by an extensive experience of project & risk management and of the certification process, as well as numerous sectorial partnerships, especially downstream to the In Service Support activities.

For our projects, we seek to employ Project Managers, specialized in the Nuclear field, with the following traits:

Appointed by a Manager, at the launching of a major project, his(her) principal mission is to put into implementation all the necessary means to ensure the success of the project.


To this end, his(her) main objectives and responsibilities will include the following attributes:

Technical:
- Is responsible for the technical accomplishment of the project (internal management + client interface),
- Guarantees the respect of the technical quality of the project performance,
- Defines the technical development specifications and the technical methods to be applied by his(her) staff,
- Prepares and conducts the design review meetings organised at his(her) own initiative or at the initiative
of his(her) hierarchy and makes sure that all necessary validations are obtained.

Commercial:
- Is responsible of the financial performance/cost control of the project,
- Prepares and conducts various meetings with the client,
- Signs contract amendments within the limits of his(her) authority,
- Participates in the promotion of the company,
- Manages the commercial and technical aspects of the project(s) with the client, and to this end,
he (she) ensures the interface between the company and the client.

Management/Operations:
- Defines and follows up the project schedule respecting the budget established to ensure contractual
requirements are met,
- Organises the various Project Follow-up meetings throughout the duration of the contract,
- Formalises the technical notes and commercial propositions in reply to the calls for tender to be
treated, eventually supported by a team which he(she) has expressly formed for this purpose,
- Establishes the original estimate detailed budget concerning the utilisation of the means and material
required to accomplish the project, updates and follows up this budget on a monthly basis,
- Is responsible for the selection of any sub-contractors that he(she) may need to call on, in the respect
of the established procedures,
- Is in charge of both the internal (cost control department) and external (client interface) aspects of
the budgetary control of the project.

Personnel:
- Forms his(her) project team by selecting the necessary internal and external resources,
- Coordinates his(her) teams,
- Has disciplinary authority over his(her) team members,
- Performs the individual periodic interviews of his(her) collaborators,
- Coordinates and supervises the installation teams intervening in the workshops (if applicable),
- Ensures that the hygiene and security rules are respected,
- Identifies the training needs of his (her) collaborators and transmits the list to his (her) hierarchy.

Quality:
- Within the context of the performance of his (her) projects, he(she) applies and ensures the application
of the quality rules defined by the Company and in the contracts.


CERINTE

- Diploma in the Nuclear field of activity or equivalent experience;
- Proficiency in French; English optional
- Availability to work for minimum 5 years in France.
