Exiting job opportunity is offered for the right candidates with 6+ years of industry experience with at least 2 years of project management experience. The job is based in Romania but some traveling activity to Europe and Asia may be foreseen. You must possess proven skills in:
Project planning and monitoring
Project scope definition and estimation
Requirements management
Resources identification and resource management
Risks assessment and contingency planning
Client management
Performance evaluations
Mentoring and training of resources
Solid technical background
Deep insight and thorough understanding of software engineering principals
Knowledge and implementation experience of known PM methodologies
Should be able to ensure quality through mature processes
