JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Team Lead coordinates the daily operations, is responsible for work prioritization and allocation and workload balance. The Team Lead is also accountable for the team's operational objectives. Besides these tasks, the Team Lead acts as a Subject Matter Expert and is partly involved in team executive tasks:

- Maintaining and tracking project financials (mainly in COMPASS) in cooperation with country Project Managers, Admin Front office, financial analysts
- Month end process (revenue recognition and cost accounting, voucher posting, checking of data quality)
- Financial reports analysis
- Sales order booking
- 3rd party purchasing process
- Invoicing
- Forecasting, reporting ¿ data preparation
- Participation in project status meetings (teleconferences)
- Maintain project documentation in accordance to HP's policies

QUALIFICATIONS:
Currently, we are centralizing part of our operations in Bucharest and we are looking for candidates willing to join a competitive, rewarding business environment.

Our perfect candidate is:
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Accounting ¿ Finance background and 3 - 5 years of relevant experience
- Leadership and coordination abilities
- MS Office Suit knowledge
- Good with numbers
- Exposure to SAP is a plus, but not a pre-requisite, as full training will be provided
- Able to exercise independent judgment
- Customer oriented
