• To supervise power plant operations, assuring a safe and reliable power supply to all field facilities
• Guarantee the efficiency of the plant, coordinating the maintenance, safety and products control activities.
Power supply reliability and compliance to production requirements
• Defining equipment running plan according to Production Requirement
• Agree with Maintenance function on the maintenance Plan and schedule the equipment shutdown as necessary
• Monitoring Plant Efficiency and requesting maintenance intervention, if any
• Investigating on possible areas of improvement/modification for enhancing Plant Performance
• Monitor the correct operation of all plant and equipment.
• Log taking and understanding and interpretation of data.
• To assist in the commissioning of new plant and DCS configuration.
• To work closely with the DCS Technician on all matters concerning the DCS or PLCs.
• To use the DCS efficiently and react immediately in case of emergency
• To ensure that Company Standards are followed during Start-Up Phases.
• To maintain historical trends of Production and Injection systems.
• To inform Production Supervisor when the system is unstable or misbehaved.
• Secondary Level Technical Education
• Maintenance basic course (preferred)
• Oil & Gas surface production facilities course (preferred)
• Offshore survival course (mandatory if job requires offshore work)
• 5 years of Oil & Gas Industry experience- 3 years of direct• Intermediate knowledge of English
