The role of the Plant Manager is to manage the production plant, local sales and to coordinate all key issues concerning the production and customer satisfaction.
Tasks:
Management of the plant including:
- Daily Management of the production and the flow of material and informations
- Ensuring quality control and delivery of exceptional customer service
situations
- Controlling the costs of the plant
- Driving people performance, efficiency and build and meet the plant budget
- Driving plant improvement networks and involve in continuous improvement processes
- Fulfill legal responsibilities and interface with local authorities
- Ensure employees safety, respect for the environment and security of the plant
- Participate at selection and recruitment of staff
Requirements:
- University degree with a specialisation in Economics, Management or Engineering
- At least 5 years proven experience in production and team management
- Fluent Romanian and fluent English
- Minimum 5 years leading experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organisation and coordination skills
- Systematic thinking, planning skills
- Management skills, result orientation
- German and/or Hungarian language skills are an advantage
