The position includes responsibilities such as:
- Provide daily operational support related to orders, deliveries and claims via telephone and e-mail to a set of Channel Partners
- Coordinate and manage structured and high quality communication to both partners and internal colleagues
- Work to avoid issues ¿ coordinate and monitor orders and claims using defined tools and reports
- Ensure that policies, legal regulations and audit requirements are met
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
- Previous work experience in a customer facing environment
- University Degree in Business or equivalent
- Strong team player
- Ability to manage diversity

- Conflict resolution skills
- PC and Microsoft Office tools knowledge, excellent Excel and Power point knowledge
