Completion of buying process (Freetext Requests-FTR - request) initiated by the clients’ user including supplier selection from pre-selected suppliers or identification of new suppliers.
Check if the request is clearly defined and if the requested item/service is approved for this requestor.
Daily requests analyses within the Buying Team, daily work allocation.
For all items that can not be completed due to capacity restrictions the request list must be created on daily basis.
Sourcing support: On request, sourcing support will be performed for client sourcing team, i.e. Spend and Supplier analysis, complete Supplier Shortlist, Send requests for quotations, Evaluate quotations, select supplier.
Very close cooperation with Customer Service Desk, Reporting team and Vendor master data Team.
Communication with end users/clients.
Analyses with Accounts Payable team to avoid different kind of problems regarding to invoice processing (currency, price, structure mismatch).
High shool OR University degree
Experience in the area of communication with vendors or in administration field cca 1 year is welcomed
Advanced level of English and Romanian is necessary
MS Office on an advance level (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good interpersonal skills (needs to be able to build relationships over the phone without meeting suppliers / customers on a regular basis)
