RESPONSABILITATI

• organizing the documents flow in the office(keeps, IN/OUT register, archives documents);
• organize the protocol activities
• to provide all administrative support, to manage the contact information for the office Director
• to keep an evidence of all incoming/outgoing papers, phone calls, e-mails
• to perform routine administrative work such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, to organize and maintain papers and electronic files


CERINTE

• Good knowledge of English/Bulgarian
• Knowledge of romanian language would be a necessary requirement (conversational level)
• Good communication skills
• Working experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience on a similar position is preferred, but not required
• Good organization and time-management skills and a proactive attitude towards new challenges
