This is a NOC (O&M) monitoring job for one of the largest mobile operator in a Nordic Country. We need 6 engineers experienced in either Ericsson or Huawei UTRAN environment. This is a normal business hours job (no overtime and shifts needed). The main purpose is the knowledge transfer to local engineers.
1. Technical Assistance
The objective of this work is to provide the Customer with technical assistance for the routine network operation and maintenance.
- Provide technical assistance in routine maintenance of Huawei equipment at the requirement of the Customer.
- Monitoring the running status of the Huawei equipment, querying the running status periodically, detecting the problems, reporting the problem to the Customer O&M Department or staff,
- Assist the Customer in establishing the regulations, work flows and system for routine maintenance, complaint handling and technical documentation handling, etc.
2. Knowledge Transfer
The objective of this work is to assist the Customer’s O&M staff in improving the O&M knowledge and skills associated with equipment.
- Give guidance and advice to the Customer O&M staff on routine O&M activities.
- Cases study, comments and analysis.
- Competence transfer while supporting everyday tasks.
Technical
- 2-3 years experience with O&M activities in Huawei or Ericsson UTRAN environment
- UNIX/Linux user skills
- TCP/IP networking
- UNIX shell scripting
Education
- Technical university degree

- Fluent English (spoken and written)
