Candidate will be skilled and experienced in Maintenance and Instrumentation activities on offshore FPSO or in Oil & Gas Industry.
The candidate will be responsible for the following areas and tasks:
- Optimize the oil and gas process metering methods.
- Responsible for calibration and maintenance of all types of Analogue and digital Liquid and gas Fiscal Metering systems. Include Ultrasonic, high velocity multi phase wet gas meters, turbine, Positive displacement and meter proving. Extended knowledge of gas chromatography and fast Wobbe analysis
- Provide engineering Production Operations to ensure safe, efficient and environmentally sound operations.
- Maximizing reliability of the equipment within area of responsibility.
- Accountable for maintenance cost within area of responsibility.
- Implementation of planned, preventive maintenance procedures and guidelines.
- Support to the onshore and offshore organization.
- Liaise with contractors and vendors and maintain cost effective and high quality service.
- Remain updated on technical development within the area of responsibility.
- Involved with design and implementation of upgrades and retro fitting of new fiscal equipment to existing systems as well as the assisting in commissioning of new systems and where required writing subsequent procedures.
- The candidate shall be a qualified engineer and shall have minimum 8 years working experience of instrumentation and metering the upstream oil and gas industry.
- The candidate must be a team player, initiative, self motivating, and enterprising, systematic, goal oriented and energetic. Furthermore the candidate must have strong collaboration as well as planning skills.
- The Instrumentation maintenance engineer reports to the Head of Electrical Maintenance.
- Fluent in English
