a. To develop a systems and procedures to reach higher working standards.
b. To assist in running refineries to make value addition.
c. To develop a data collection mechanism to compare with international refineries.
d. To ensure that the plan is adhered to with a proper monitoring mechanism
e. To guide the team for achieving optimum result
1. Graduate in Chemical Engineering with at least 20 years of experience in a refinery and good knowledge on various aspects of the refinery operational issues.
2. Good knowledge in developing procedure for various activities of the new section
3. Good knowledge on the economics of the refinery and good decision making skills.
4. Over all view of refinery businesses in regards to IMS; QHSE and cost control requirements.
