AMOUNT WELDERS, ESTIMATE:
From now to the end of 2009: 10-15 candidates - From 01.01.10 - 01.07.10: 30-40 candidates
Fitters, and especially Pipefitters both for Oil/gas and shipyard. Its important that the candidates really KNOW the
isometric drawing system.
AMOUNT FITTERS, ESTIMATE:
From now to the end of 2009: 10-15 candidates - From 01.01.10 - 01.07.10: 30-50 candidates
Mechanics: Shipyards mechanics, Motor Mechanics (mostly marine), General industrial mechanics, Auto
Mechanics: Please look also for candidates with off-shore certicates for the North Sea.
AMOUNT MECHANICS ESTIMATE:
From now to the end of 2009: 5-10 candidates - From 01.01.10 - 01.07.10: 30-40 candidates
Plumbers: This has been the "best" segment for us. We have NEVER sent home any candidates in this segment. The
candidates have been VERY skilled.
AMOUNT PLUMBERS, ESTIMATE:
From now to the end of 2009: 5-10 candidates - From 01.01.10 - 01.07.10: 20-30 candidates

Electricians:
AMOUNT ELECTRICIANS, ESTIMATE:
From now to the end of 2009: 28-30 candidates - From 01.01.10 - 01.07.10: 40-60 candidates
CNC programmers/operators: has been a "up and down"- branch... We would need 80 % of the candidates as
combinated programmers/operators. Brands like SIEMENS, OKUMA, HEIDENHEIN and often Siemens stearing with
multiple axes is required.
AMOUNT CNC, ESTIMATE:
From now to the end of 2009: 2--5 candidates - From 01.01.10 - 01.07.10: 10-20 candidates
Platers: Also in this sub-segment we are looking for combinations of welders on plates as well as mounters and
handeling of plates. Especially for Shipyards.
AMOUNT WELDERS, ESTIMATE:
From now to the end of 2009: 2-6 candidates - From 01.01.10 - 01.07.10: 10-20 candidates
Assemblers, as mounting for the industrial parts of mechanical character.
AMOUNT ASSEMBLERS, ESTIMATE:
From now to the end of 2009: 2-6 candidates - From 01.01.10 - 01.07.10: 10-20 candidates
NON-MECHANICAL SEGMENTS, as Carpenters, Painters, Tilers, Brick-layers, etc: The resession is kind of hard this
year in these segments, but the times are getting better next Years(2010).
AMOUNT NON-MECHANICAL SEGMENTS, ESTIMATE:
From now to the end of 2009: 0 candidates - From 01.01.10 - 01.07.10: 40-50 candidates (most at the spring).
Language: The English skill is ESSENTIAL both for our clients and us. We have to be able to talk normal
English with the candidate re. motivation, questions and all possible “problems”…
