Experienced Leisure Manager required for a 4 stars hotel from UK !

JOB SPECIFICATION
You should preferably be degree qualified in Hotel & Catering or as a minimum have 2-3 years experience in a Senior Managerial positions within the Leisure Department within a very good quality hotel environment, preferably 4/ 5 star standards. Very good English required! You should have also Supervisory Skills ; Administration skills ; Effective training skills ; Ability to work shifts ; Effective communication and leadership skills ; A cheerful and outgoing disposition.

ROLE/JOB DESCRIPTION
This city centre hotel require an experienced Leisure manager to oversee the leisure club, spa, fitness centre etc. The hotel leisure club has 400 private members plus guests who use the facilities. You will be responsible for the smooth running of the department, managing staff, maintaining and exceeded brand standards. Role will include duty management shifts.
You will be responsible to maintain high standards as befits a 4 Stars Hotel, controlling & ordering stock, staff training & development, dealing with suppliers as you will be part of the Management Team.

CONTRACT DETAILS
1-2 years contract (there is possible to be extended according with your working performances and achievements) ; Accommodation provided; Salary: starts from £18. 000 gross per annum up to £22. 000 gross per annum ; 20 paid holiday days; starting date: asp – preferable beginning of end of Oct..2007
