-Reports to Senior Development Manager
-Excellent analytical and problem solving skills,
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Drive technical design and development plans for multiple projects implementation patterns, reference applications, and building blocks following the Microsoft Software Framework model.
-Create detailed design specs for projects, and drive the design-review process across multiple product groups
-Ensure that projects deliverables are architecturally correct and conform to detailed design specifications
-Work closely with program management to provide development estimates for all projects code related projects
-Work closely with project’s solution architect(s) to ensure consistency across project’s deliverables
-Document development tradeoffs to expose architectural decisions made in the design and development phase of projects
-Work effectively with product planning, program management, test, writers, and editors within the projects team
-Proven track record of building and deploying enterprise scale applications.
-Ability to quickly learn and effectively apply new products and technologies to meet emerging business needs.
-Ability to communicate architectural direction to development team, customers and possibly partners
-Experience in architecting distributed applications and thorough understanding of deployment implications
-A deep understanding of ORACLE Database and ORACLE development tools such as Oracle JDeveloper, Oracle Forms and Oracle Reports
-Ability to identify and resolve conflict and ambiguity within the team and across the product groups
-Formal education in Computer Science or related field
