Contract: 1 year (renewable)
Position: Rotational (Site Job)
Rotation: 42 days on / 21 days off
Salary: Euro 190 - 210 / worked day

Job Description
Under direction of Technical Services Manager is responsible on site for Laboratory and coordinate his staff with the HSE department in order to easy the analysis aimed to control and preserve safety. He also analyses the weekly report, finds frequent anomalies, investigates and searches for possible corrective actions and submits a report to his superior.
Tasks (Activities)
Operation responsibilities :
-Supervise and assist his subaltern in the daily and extraordinary duties of the laboratory
- Assign priority in the work orders and assist his staff in complicated tests
- Ensure that safe sampling procedures conform to company safety policies and procedures
-To receive relevant anomalies reports and promptly act in order to ensure public safety
-To report any breach of safety regulations
-To receipt and analyse weekly reports
-Sign all the analysis sheets officially released by the laboratory
- Periodically evaluate the expected results with the goals achieved
- To write monthly reports on the work carried out and the work scheduled for the following month
-To report this data to the Technical Services Manager
-To write a report on any new ideas for improvements in the analysis procedures
- Prepare and sign the purchase order for the laboratory necessities
- To ensure that the QA regulations described in the specific QAP are adhered to
- To take all necessary actions to ensure they are adhered to
Method responsibilities:
- Performing inspections in according with industry program;
- Monitoring the plant operations and produce the reporting on any result in according with the plant procedures.
Team management responsibilities:
-Supervising the assigned personnel and guarantee the update of the knowledge;
-Planning, scheduling and monitoring work performed by contractors and employees;
Observations on Activities & Tasks
- Ability to foster a cooperative work environment
-Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing in English
-Knowledge of the principles and practices of laboratory operation.
-Knowledge of the conduction of the plant under analysis; .
- Knowledge of inspecting, cleaning, and adjusting laboratory equipment
Required Qualifications & Background
- High school diploma or superior title;
- At least 7 years of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
-Ability to lead and motivate a multinational team and to manage heavy level of production.
-Ability to work independently and to maintain good relations with colleagues and others
- Physical ability to work on offshore and remote onshore installations under a hot and wet climate.
