Key Account Managers influence our Key Customers (Hypermarkets, Cash&Carry, Wholesalers, Supermarkets) decisions in critical business areas by using conceptual selling techniques and data-based presentations. This involves developing assortment, shelving, pricing and merchandising activities, based on consumer research that gives us insight into what drives shopper purchase behavior.
Responsibilities:
Customer Business Development (CBD) is a worldwide P&G multi-functional strategy to deliver forecasted brand volume and profit by working cooperatively with our individual customers to build their sales, market share and profits. CBD selling is conceptual, data-based technology driven and multi-functional.
As a CBD Key Account Manager you will:
- Manage a geographical region consisting of International Customers, Wholesalers and Supermarkets
- Be responsible for delivering volume and leadership in-store presence
- Identify business building opportunities for our brands and sell persuasively
- Build partnership with our customers.
- University degree
- Fluency in English
- Strong leadership, innovation skills and the ability to make things happen
- Ability to analyze and solve complex problems
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, a customer-oriented attitude
- Permanent citizenship or a work permit valid in Serbia.
