Job Purpose

We currently have a vacancy for a HPSD Inside Named Account Manager to maximize HP Software revenue potential by continually developing the company market exposure and presence in non named accounts in Northern Africa.

Key Result Areas

-Responsible for generating and closing business over the phone
-To respond quickly to all telephone queries and leads
-Maximize reach into Non Named Accounts – mapping these accounts
-Ensure individual targets are met
-Ensure customer database is kept up to date
-Provide weekly sales forecasting reports based on individuals prospect list/ accounts to their Sales
Director or Team Leader
-Proactively manage customer base and selected prospect list to maximize revenue potential
-Execute promotion drives into selected accounts to win business/ maintain customer loyalty


CERINTE

Education / Experience
-At least two/ three years office-based experience in the IT industry, serving both direct and in-direct customers, preferably in the software industry
-Previous experience of working in a highly automated sales office
-Must understand forecast and pipeline management
-Proven sales track record

Professional / Technical Skills
-Able to demonstrate strong Sales skills
-Ability to use sales channels
-Able to demonstrate written and oral skills within a customer environment
-Good working knowledge of IT, particularly within the software field
-Must be able to take ownership for business planning in the territory that they are responsible for
