- prepare and maintain the Operations Readiness and Assurance schedule and conduct monthly progress reports and S curves
The job holder is responsible for:
- providing a full planning, work management and analysis of Production and Maintenance activities,
- Ensuring plans are tracked and reported.
- pro-actively handling all matters relating to Planning and Analysis.
- Maintaining and updating all plans in readiness for monthly progress reporting
- ensuring that tasks are reviewed on a weekly basis
- Assist with the preparation of Integrated Activity Planning (IAP) procedures for the operations phase
- Interfaces with all levels of staff in Project.
- Work effectively with P&M contractors on pre production operations.
- Work with the Production & Operations Group
- Preferably the job holder will have a mechanical or electrical engineering degree, with a 1- 3 years experience in Oil & Gas related projects
- Experience in Planning activities is not mandatory
The job holder must have proven:
- Knowledge of computer programs MS Office packages like Excel, Access, Project
- Self motivation skills and able to work without supervision.
- Ability to prepare and present internal and external presentations either individually or as part of a team.
- Fluency in spoken and written English,
- Familiarity with Planning practices and the associated software such as Primavera P3 would be a plus
- Good English language command, both written and spoken
- Availability for training sessions in the specific field
- Good computer command
- SPECIFIC PRIMAVERA and SAP TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED BY THE COMPANY
