Assists the Commissioning Services Coordinator, ensuring that all Constructions and Commissioning Budgets are controlled and
The job holder is responsible for:
- Providing monthly Cost Analysis and other periodic cost and invoicing data.
- Reviewing commercial performance against Budgets and forecast targets.
- Providing status against current Commitments and Budget.
- Assisting the compilation of data for the Monthly Cost Report.
- Supports in developing estimates and contracts cost control.
- Ensure all contractors invoices are verified before submission for payment and are fully in compliance with administrative contractual requirements.
- Preferably but not mandatory, the job holder will have a mechanical or electrical engineering degree, with a 1- 3 years experience in Oil & Gas related Projects
- Experience in Cost Controlling is not mandatory
The job holder must have proven:
- Knowledge of computer programs MS Office packages like Excel, Access, Project
- Self motivation skills and able to work without supervision.
- Ability to prepare and present internal and external presentations either individually or as part of a team.
- Fluency in spoken and written English,
- Familiarity with Planning practices and the associated software such as SAP would be a pl
- Good English language command, both written and spoken
- Availability for training sessions in the specific field
- Good computer command
- SPECIFIC PRIMAVERA and SAP TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED BY THE COMPANY
