As Customer Care you are responsible with securing the customer’s satisfaction, collaborating with the customer in the solution of complaints and in remedy measures, processing the customer’s requirements according to respective directions in the process and keeping him informed of all the steps of the process.
You will secure and cooperate in the management of the returned products and you will answer for the testing plan according to customer’s requirements.
You will also be responsible for solving problem reports from the customer, for acquiring an analysis of reasons and for checking the effectiveness of the remedy measures.
You will answer for settling up the guarantees in the area of product quality.
Please note that the above positions requires the candidate’s availability for a minimum two years relocation in Turnov, Czech Republic.

For our client, a global automotive supplier, we are looking for motivated young professionals to complete our Czech team as CUSTOMER CARE SUPPORT for new and serial projects in our QUALITY department.
The ideal candidate:
- university graduate with a minimum of two years experience in the field
- has knowledge of Policy and Targets
- has basic knowledge of the quality control system and environment
- if proficient with quality control tools – Pareto analysis, histograms, time series
- is familiar with G 8 D reports, the 5 Why’s technique, the Ishikawa Diagram, as well as PPQA and its parts (FMEA, etc.)
- is proficient with PC – MS OFFICE and SAP systems
- Must be fluent in English and German
- Owns a `B` category driving license
