POSITION: FOOD & BEVERAGE SERVICE MANAGER
EMPLOYER: Hilton hotels United Kingdom,
HOTEL FEATURES; 4 stars hotel with 141 rooms/13 meeting rooms, 150 seated restaurant & 100 private functions; around 100 km from London
CONTRACT DETAILS: 1year contract (there is possible to be extended according with your working performances and achievements) ; Accommodation provided; Salary + £23.,000 gross per annum; 20 paid holiday days;
RESPONSIBILITIES/ROLE: This role is crucial to the hotel and a senior management role. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years experience as F & B Manager or 1 years as Ops Manager with a food and beverage bias.

This role will be pivotal to moving the hotel forward and has a focus on sales and drive things further. As no 2 in the hotel the position is highly responsible. The candidates experience should be food and beverage based but not just restaurant – hotel experience is essential with a branded operation.

English must be fluent written / spoken and read – overseas work experience is preferred.
JOB SPECIFICATION: You should have also Supervisory Skills ; Administration skills ; Effective training skills ; Ability to work shifts ; Effective communication and leadership skills ; A cheerful and outgoing disposition.

CONTRACT DETAILS: 1year contract (there is possible to be extended according with your working performances and achievements) ; Accommodation provided; Salary + £20.,000 gross per annum; 20 paid holiday days;
RESPONSIBILITIES/ROLE: Busy deluxe 4 star hotel operation are looking for an experienced restaurant manager. Will be required mainly run the restaurant operation, arranging staff rotas, training staff, preparing restaurant for service and leading the team.
Must have good experience within a similar operation, able to lead the team, maintain good service levels and able to work well under pressure.
Starting date: asp – preferable beginning of end of Oct.2008
