Key accountabilities
-As JD Edwards project manager you will be responsible for a successful implementation in the roll-out of the ERP template to the European factories.
-In the roll-out you will be managing business, functional and technical teams.
-Together with the local management team you will prepare the business for change.
-The project manager will manage the full live cycle of the project from project initialization, design, up to a successful handover to the business and the support organization.
Your key challenges
-Deliver designated project targets within a highly demanding environment.
-Able to identify and solve issues in a complex and innovative application architectures and technical infra structures.
-Demonstrate excellent understanding of business processes.
-Work in international environment, willingly to travel (70%), flexible in terms of time schedule & office, work with limited supervision.
-Bachelor / University level plus 4-6 year hands-on experience in successful implementing JDE One World.
-At least 2 years experience as a project manager of an ERP implementation preferably in an international multi-site manufacturing environment.
-Applied deep knowledge of project management methods, techniques and tools.
-Able to manage a project team of 10-15 people.
-Good analytical skills, pragmatic but structured approach.
-You are a strong communicator, passionate and inspiring leader for your team, open attitude, result-oriented and you have the ability to liaise with the business and internal stakeholders.
-Travel required: 70%
