Our client, a global IT solutions and development company with an office in Brno, Czech Republic, is looking for suitable candidate for the position of JBoss Enterprise Application Platform Product Engineer
As a productization engineer, you will be responsible for:
The development and support of the JBoss Enterprise Application Platform [EAP]. Responsibilities include the packaging, building and support of all project components of EAP, defining and
creating cumulative patches, and associated development tasks on the JBoss Application Server.
The successful candidate will strongly collaborate with the developers of other JBoss projects/platforms and open source communities.
2+ years of related development experience with a thorough understanding of Java EE Application Servers
Proficiency in Java, Ant and Maven is required
Proficiency in English is required
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related discipline is required
Knowledge of RPM and scripting languages [python, perl, shell] is
preferred
Experience using the Linux operating system is preferred
exposure to open source development/projects and distributed development
teams is preferred
work on latest IT technologies
