-Providing IT support on 1st to 3rd level
-Receiving and logging requests for support from help desk and users
-Server, network administration, supporting different OS
-Ensuring continuity of service all the time
-Reporting
-High school or University education
-Knowledge of at least one of these: WINDOWS, UNIX/AIX, VMS or zSeries, Middleware, BMC, Tivoli, DB2, SQL, Websphere, -Lotus Notes, Domino
-Communicative English needed, French or German is an advantage
