You will be working closely with sales people, project managers, consultants, developers and designers from Romania, New Zealand and various other countries to complete specific projects based on the requirements provided by our clients. We will provide the necessary tools for effectively communicating and collaborating online; however since you will be working from home you will need access to a computer and a connection to the Internet (preferably broadband).
Your responsibilities will include designing solutions for a particular problem, estimating the time required to complete those solutions, implementing them and providing the necessary support required to ensure customer satisfaction.
Projects will be assigned based on skills, experience and availability. The availability will be specified by the employee at set dates and thus a full-time commitment is not necessary. However once the deadline for a project is set (in conjunction with the employee) the contractor will be required to fulfill that expectation.

Outlined below are some of the major skills we are looking for in a potential candidate. Note that you are not required to be proficient in all of them. However specialization in a major category such as programming, web development or design and one of the technologies within that category is necessary for the performance of work.
Programming: Java, .NET (C# and VB.NET), C/C++
Databases: MySql, PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server
Web Development: HTML, PHP, Pearl, Java Script
Content Management Systems: Joomla, Xoops, PhpNuke, OSCommerce, etc (any experience with CMSs will be an advantage for web oriented projects)
Design: Photoshop, Flash, general design (layouts, brochures, logos, business cards, etc)
Ideally you will be able to provide examples of past work/projects or references from previous employers.
An intermediate knowledge of English is definitely an advantage since you will need to regularly communicate with employees from across the world in order to successfully complete a project.
Personality-wise you will need to be very motivated, with ability to self-study and a can-do attitude. Teamwork and communication skills are also a must since the majority of projects will involve collaborating with other team members.
Earnings are variable depending on the project type, time required, skills, internal experience (inside the company) and external experience (from other companies).
During the course of your job you will acquire a wide set of skills in the context of an international company and have the opportunity to apply those skills to various projects for clients from across the globe. Success will be entirely dependent on your motivation, talent and dedication.
Full time employment may also be available at a later date (either in Romania or overseas) if you wish to follow that path.
Initial interviews will be held during July in Romania followed by online sessions with representatives from New Zealand. Depending on your availability, online-only interviews can also be arranged at a later date.
