3+ years of project management & technical experience in international software development, information technology or related industry
Degree in Computer Science or a related faculty
Strong passion for technology and customers
Strong interpersonal ability and organizational agility; highly effective in building mutually beneficial partnerships and networks with parties/organizations internal and external to the company
Ability to handle multiple projects in a complex and ever-changing international environment
Proven record of shipping high quality complex software projects on time
Demonstrated understanding of the current industry and business environment internationally
Excellent English communication skills
